PHANTHUM is a starting brand selling anime-inspired fightgear. Designed in Belgium, the products reflect a passion for both anime and grappling.

For me (the owner of the brand) it's more than just gear - it's a way to express who we are and show what we love on the mats.

Whether you're into anime, art, or simply looking for something that stands out, we want each piece to feel personal, something you can really connect with, making you feel empowered both on and off the mat.

Our designs are inspired from various animes. It could be the style of the animation or certain elements that inspired the final product.

We try our best to send out each order within a 7 workday period. We try our best to ship out on time, however because this is currently a 1-man company, delays are possible.

Delivery dates are indicated when ordering a product.

All other countries can expect a longer delivery period. You're exact delivery date can be found with the provided tracking number.

However the following requirements need to be met:

1. You compete often
2. You have at least 2k followers on instagram
3. You post frequently on instagram (min. 2-3x a month)

After delivery of your package you receive 14 days to decide to return your goods.

However, keep the following in mind:

• You are responsible for the delivery cost associated with the return.
• The goods have no signs of being worn during a training (eg.: you have worn it during a training, sweated and washed it.)
• You have a valid reason for returning the goods.

If you decide to return the goods and we notice that it doesn't match the above criteria, we have the rights to not pay you back.
