PHANTHUM is a performance wear brand based at the core of Europe, namely Belgium. Inspired by art, Japanese aesthetics, and a deep respect for discipline and movement, we create gear for those who train with intent and live with purpose.

For me as the founder, it’s more than clothing. It’s about representing who you are — in the gym, on the mat, on the road, or wherever you're pushing your limits.

I noticed that most athletic wear either blends into the crowd or tries too hard to demand attention. That’s not our approach. At PHANTHUM, we design clean, confident pieces influenced by minimalist design and refined visual storytelling. Subtle but powerful. Intentional. Built to move. Built to perform.

We have provided a general size chart for our uniforms. Please note that your uniform will experience shrinkage as you wash and continue to wash it. After you arrive to your desired fit, we recommend to cold wash and hang dry to minimize further shrinkage. Be aware and responsible!

Our designs draw inspiration from a wide range of anime. Sometimes it’s the animation style, other times it’s subtle details or themes that spark an idea. Each product is a fusion of storytelling, aesthetics, and functionality—built for those who live with intention and express themselves through what they wear.

We make all designs in house and come up with the final product. We ensure everything is high quality so you can wear your limited edition pieces for a long time.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding major holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.

For each country prices differ, but you can almost always expect 2 options: Delivery at home or Delivery at a pickup point. For some countries there are exception of course due to limited shipment options.

Estimated delivery days are indicated when ordering a product, however these are estimations (customs & other outside factors are not included)

FOR PREORDERS, THE SHIPPING DATES ON THE CHECKOUT ARE THE DAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE TO SHIP ONCE WE HAVE THE PRODUCT AT OUR WAREHOUSE. NOT THE DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER THE CHECKOUT!

However the following requirements need to be met:

1. You compete often
2. You have at least 5k followers on instagram
3. You post frequently on instagram (min. 2-3x a month)

If you meet the above criteria, then feel free to fill in the form. From there on we'll see how our partnership can look like.

We strictly analyse accounts: the type of content (whether it matches our brand), dedication to posting, amount of interactions, etc.

After delivery of your package you receive 14 days to decide to return your goods.

However, keep the following in mind:

• You are responsible for the delivery cost associated with the return!
• The goods have no signs of being worn during a training (eg.: no stains, no blood, no stains, no signs of sweat, and also no signs washing the product.)!
• You have a valid reason for returning the goods!

If you decide to return the goods and WE notice that it doesn't match the above criteria, we have the rights to not pay you BACK! We can't sell damaged or worn clothing, that speaks for itself.
