Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy (Belgium)

We strongly encourage you to double-check all details, including measurements, colors, and sizes, before making a purchase.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at info@phanthum.com within the 14-day period.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund via bank transfer within 14 days.

Eligibility for Refunds, Replacements, or Cancellations

Refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect size (if stock is available, subject to additional shipping fees)
  • Errors in order fulfillment (wrong item sent)
  • Product significantly differs from its online description or images
  • Defects or damages before use
  • Non-delivery due to prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery

If an item arrives defective, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that all personal details (full name, complete address, phone number) are accurate to avoid lost or undelivered packages. We are not responsible for unfulfilled deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping is primarily handled via bpost (Belgian Customers), but we may use other carriers depending on the region such as DHL or UPS.
  • Customs Duties & VAT: Orders within the EU include VAT, while non-EU customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be covered by the recipient. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Returns Process

To request a refund, replacement, or cancellation:

  2. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  3. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund via bank transfer within 14 days.
