FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What's the minimum order?
15 pieces per product type (e.g. 15 rashguards or 15 shorts). You can mix sizes within that — we just need 15 of the same design.
How long does production take?
Approximately 6–8 weeks from approved mockup to delivery at your academy. We recommend starting at least 2–3 months before you need the gear.
Who pays custom duties?
Custom duties are paid by the academy on delivery. This varies by country and shipment value — we'll give you an estimate upfront.
Will the PHANTHUM logo be on the gear?
Yes. A small PHANTHUM maker's mark appears on the sleeve and inside the collar — think of it as a quality seal, like 'Made in Italy' on leather goods. The gear is your academy's product. We're the craftsmen behind it.
Can I see a mockup before committing?
Absolutely. We create a full digital mockup with your logo and colours. You only move to production once you approve the final design. One revision round included.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Reorders skip the setup fee entirely. Same per-unit pricing, no new design fee. Just tell us quantities and sizes.
What sizes are available?
XS through XXL for all rashguards and shorts. You choose the size split per order.
Can my students buy these directly?
You set your own retail price and sell directly to your students. Most academies sell at €50–€55 per rashguard.
How many projects do you run at once?
We limit ourselves to 2–3 active design projects at a time to ensure every academy gets our full attention. Slots fill up — we recommend inquiring early.
