PHANTHUM is a brand creating anime-inspired performance wear. Based in Ostend, Belgium, our gear reflects a deep love for anime and a passion for movement, training, and self-expression.

For me (the founder), it’s more than just clothing—it’s about representing who we are and what we love, whether we're in the gym, out running, or leveling up in life.

I noticed that most anime-themed athletic gear is either too loud or too literal—often crossing into cosplay territory. That’s not our vibe. At PHANTHUM, we design subtle, stylish pieces that let you rep your favorite art form without compromising your look. Clean. Confident. Built to perform.

Our designs draw inspiration from a wide range of anime. Sometimes it’s the animation style, other times it’s subtle details or themes that spark an idea. Each product is a fusion of storytelling, aesthetics, and functionality—built for those who live with intention and express themselves through what they wear.

We try our best to send out each order within a 7 workday period. We try our best to ship out on time, however because this is currently a 1-man company, delays are possible.

Delivery dates are indicated when ordering a product.

All other countries can expect a longer delivery period. You're exact delivery date can be found with the provided tracking number.

FOR PREORDERS, THE SHIPPING DATES ON THE CHECKOUT ARE THE DAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE TO SHIP ONCE WE HAVE THE PRODUCT AT OUR WAREHOUSE. NOT THE DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER THE CHECKOUT!

If you are a professional martial arts practicioner or athlete, then you can contact us via the form below to reach out for a proposal of a partnership or sponsorship.

However the following requirements need to be met:

1. You compete often
2. You have at least 5k followers on instagram
3. You post frequently on instagram (min. 2-3x a month)

If you meet the above criteria, then feel free to fill in the form. From there on we'll see how our partnership can look like.

After delivery of your package you receive 14 days to decide to return your goods.

However, keep the following in mind:

• You are responsible for the delivery cost associated with the return.
• The goods have no signs of being worn during a training (eg.: no signs of having worn it during a training, sweated or washed it.)
• You have a valid reason for returning the goods.

If you decide to return the goods and we notice that it doesn't match the above criteria, we have the rights to not pay you back.
